Sister Act Has Record Breaking Show Over Christmas

Another West End show has reported a successful period over Christmas, this time it’s Sister Act who are reporting that on one performance the musical broke the London Palladium’s record of highest box office takings.
The 28th December 2009 was the performance that took £115,000 surpassing the record previously set at the theatre by The Sound of Music.  In addition the musical sold it’s 500,000th ticket over the festive period.

Hancock Stays Longer At Sister Act

It has been announced today that Sheila Hancock will be extending her stay as the Mother Superior in Sister Act until the 27th February 2010.
Speaking to the Official London Theatre Guide, the actress said about her decision, “When, at the age of 76, I was asked to appear in Sister Act at the London Palladium, I thought I might just about manage six months. Sister Act Best Available Seats Reduced To £39.50

Ticketmaster are offering a special deal on best available Sister Act tickets which sees the tickets reduced to just £39.50 (normally sell for £62.50).
The offer is valid on all Monday – Thursday evening performances between the 1st September and 17th October 2009.

Sister Act Tickets From £15 - London Theatre Week

For the London Theatre Week promotion Sister Act are offering best available upper circle seats for just £15.
