Blood Brothers Extends

Blood Brothers at the Phoenix Theatre has opened an extra 4 month booking period taking it through to the 27th November 2010.
Set in Liverpool Willy Russells production follows twin brothers who at birth were seperated only to later find each other when their paths crossed once more.
The production first opened on the 27 August 1988 at the Albery Theatre before transferring to its current home at the Phoenix Theatre.
Former Spice Girl Melanie Chrisholm will continue to star as the twins mother, Mrs Johnstone until the 24th April 2010.

West End Musical Extensions: Grease & Blood Brothers

This week it has been announced that two West End Musicals will be extending their booking periods.
Grease, which in the last weekend has celebrated it’s second birthday at the Picadilly Theatre has announed two bits of extending news. First, Ray Quinn who made his West End debut performance in the show as Doody and then returned to the show on the 11th May 2009 to play Danny Zuko alongside his girl friend has had his contract extended. He will now play the role until 3rd October 2009.
