Dirty Dancing at the Aldwych Theatre
This is the classic Dirty Dancing story that we’ve fallen in love with from the film presented live on stage at London’s Aldwych Theatre.The story is set on vacation at a popular holiday camp, Kellermans, where the youngest daughter of the Houseman family – Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman meets a young lad by the name of Johnny Castle – a dance teacher who comes from what is normally known as the wrong side of the tracks.
And so it begins, the classic love story which screams that love can conquer all barriers put in the way.
All of the hit tracks from the original film’s soundtrack are present in this adaption for the stage including Do You Love Me?, Hungry Eyes and Time of my Life plus some fresh new numbers keeping the musical fresh and interesting.
